I can't emphasize enough how important it is to have integrity in your business, especially nowadays. I had just been told from a large corporate auto repair shop that my car was basically immobile without paying high cost for severe issues that needed attention immediately. Manny was able to identify the sole problem (not several), and resolve it quickly. He even took the extra step to drive my car with me on the highway several miles so we could validate the one issue, and disregard the non issues I was told from the auto shop. I initially contacted Manuel through SMS, and he responded right away. I explained the issue, and he was able to... provide me with a reasonable quote including the labor. We arraigned the time and location. He was on time and was able to get the job done in less than an hour and 20 minutes. In this society of dishonesty and rip-off artist; especially in the world of auto repairs, I have found a ray of... sunshine! His name is Manny and he is known as the “Autotech Mobile Mechanic.” His industry knowledge, mechanical skills, price points and customer service all deserve a 5 Star Rating. His work was timely and thorough, and most importantly, he didn’t see me as a “mark” or target to take advantage of. Manny took his time with explaining every option I had to fix my daughters vehicle and gave advice with no suggestive pressure or fast sales talk. My honest advice to everyone is... if you have a simple repair that can be handled in a few hours or a day then he is your guy. A couple of weeks ago my daughter had a flat tire on the Saw Grass express way. I took her my vehicle and called for... road side assistance of course the wait time was one hour for them to show.
